With subtle notes of bourbon, this bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup is a unique twist on our original variety. We’ve teamed up with another Wisconsin-based business, J. Henry & Sons Distillery in Dane, WI, to impart the bourbon flavor into our maple syrup through their oak bourbon barrels. This specialty syrup flavor is available in our 16-ounce size.

Aged in bourbon barrels from J. Henry & Sons distillery in Dane, Wisconsin, this unique blend of bourbon and maple syrup stays true to our Wisconsin roots by teaming up with another small business located in America's dairyland. J. Henry & Sons ages their bourbon in new, charred oak barrels. And once they've used those barrels to produce their bourbon, we use those barrels to infuse the beautiful bourbon notes into our pure maple syrup. You've likely seen plenty of bourbons and whiskeys flavored with honey or syrup. This is flipping that concept on its head, using bourbon to flavor the syrup. It's about as Wisconsin as it gets, and is also a great way to add to the flavor profile of a signature Wisconsin cocktail, a brandy old fashioned.
